These hot sauces have a great, fresh flavor, with a little more body to them than many commercial hot sauces. I am very partial to the higher heat sauces, and these were more mellow, but with very good flavor. I think the bottles could use the little center caps with the small hole, as the sauce tends to drip down the bottle when you put it on your food. The ones used by Frank's, Tabasco, etc are less sloppy. This does not detract from the goodness of the sauce, in any way!
