I was given the Holiday Jam trial pack including Happle, Pumpkin Spice, Cranberry Jalapeño, and Spicy Christmas. Seal was broken on the Happle, and it had liquefied, so I didn't get to try that one. The others were okay. Pleasant flavors. But never in a million years would I have guessed there were peppers in there. I am not one of those "fire eaters", although I do love hot peppers. It really was not a matter of "disappointing heat levels". I could literally taste nothing of the peppers.
Again, not bad jam; just not pepper jam. Makes me wonder if any of your other products are actually hot at all. Can someone point me to a product I should try? Because I like what I know about the company!
